- Sampling procedure: Values given in the reference originate from manufacturers and/or other data sources which in turn refer to the real situation and hence are largely secured. However, the emissions factors may be somewhat uncertain. When no information on the speciation of N - emissions was given in the reference, the most likely speciation was assessed by an expert. For particulate emissions factors into the air specified only as the total particle mass in the reference, particle size distribution was assessed based on an expert's guess.
