Electricity mix, 2050 Western Australia {AU}|_Obsolete | AusLCI, U
Unit process Australia v00.00.000
WA electricity mix data was inputted into Excel. Two categories of renewables identified, scaling (Solar and Wind) and non-scaling (Biomass, Heat Pump, and Lgas). Gap identified at 2050 by sum of all non-renewable energy sources. Scaling renewable percentage was multiplied by 2050 gap to find the 2050 value for each scaling renewable. Using a linear excel function, years 2021 to 2050 were calculated and the 2050 values were held constant for 2050 to 2080. Functions in excel were used for non-renewable sources to decrease to 0 by 2050. Non-growing renewables were kept constant from 2020 to 2080. The average for each energy source was determined for 2050 and 2080 and are the values used in parameters within the electricity mix 2050 WA and electricity mix 2080 WA processes. Remark: Production mix for region.. Geography: Western Australia.
